Butt Massage vs. Message :)

Why do I feel like it was supposed to say "butt MASSAGES" not messages? Am I missing something?! Are we talking about a means of convo about a message or like a massage for a physical therapist like you get in your back, just in your butt? Hahahaha! I love it so much either way....
